Platform Manager (Hands-On Development) – Seedling Generate
Seedling Learning is seeking a hands-on development-focused Platform Manager to help drive the evolution of Seedling Generate, our no-code authoring platform used by publishers, EdTech companies, and language revitalization organisations.
This role blends front-end development with platform and product management. You will take ownership of platform updates, manage the development and rollout of new activity templates and interactive features, and respond directly to customer and internal feedback to refine user experience. You will also support the future expansion of Seedling Generate into a cloud-based, API-driven platform with AI-enabled authoring tools.
Key responsibilities include platform roadmap oversight, HTML5 template development, QA testing, documentation, accessibility implementation, customer onboarding, and coordinated work with design, development, and content teams.
Essential skills:
HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, WordPress, cloud hosting, UX awareness, QA practices, accessibility principles.
